What usually goes wrong
A control system order is never one part. It is a CPU, a specific I/O mix, the right communication card, a matching power supply and the terminals that make it fit a rack that already exists. Half-specified enquiries come back with three lines missing and a fourth that no longer exists, and the panel sits unfinished while the list goes round again.
How we handle it
We price the whole configuration in one pass and tell you which lines are the risk. Where a series has been superseded we quote the manufacturer's stated replacement and say what changes — footprint, firmware, addressing — rather than shipping a part that fits the rail but not the program.
